How do time zones work with your remote talent?


We primarily focus on talent within +/- 2 hours of the Nordic time zone (Oslo/Stockholm/Copenhagen). This ensures a significant overlap for synchronous collaboration, meetings, and real-time communication while providing the flexibility that remote work offers.


Can a remote hire eventually move to the Nordics?


While we focus on remote-first talent, some of our candidates are open to relocation. However, our primary goal is to help you build a resilient, distributed team that succeeds without the overhead or limitations of a physical office presence for every hire.

For our Curated Shortlist model, you can expect pre-vetted candidates within days. For a Dedicated Search, the timeline is usually 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the role and the niche requirement.

We offer fixed-fees that are dependent on the search model you choose. They are accompanied by a clear, one-page agreement with no hidden costs.


Do you offer a replacement guarantee?


Yes. Every placement comes with a 3-month replacement guarantee. If the hire doesn't work out within the first 90 days for any reason, we will conduct a new search at no additional cost. We are invested in long-term success, not short-term placements.


Is there a minimum commitment to start a search?


For a Curated Shortlist, there is no upfront commitment. For a Dedicated Search—which involves deep headhunting and a tailored brief—we work on an exclusive basis to ensure the highest level of focus and results.
