My company is new, but I'm not new to the industries I'm operating in. 20 years' worldwide experience from Energy and Fintech took me to locations as diverse as power plants in the Arabian desert to oil production platforms in the Norwegian Sea. Over the years, I saw what good, not-so-good, and great teams looked like - how they were built, and what made them different. Through Remoter, I'm going to bring that insight to recruitment.

I saw in recent years how rapidly the world of work was changing, with companies increasingly searching beyond local commuting zones for top talent — and many building a percentage of permanent remote expertise into their teams. I created Remoter with the aim of becoming a trusted partner for companies in this area.
